Many of our Content Editors provide articles on a regular basis, either by writing them or featuring others. If you want to recommend a member post for feature (not your own please), feel free to forward your idea to one of our Content Editors. We’ll give a hat tip link if we use your recommendation.

Since 2007, Marcus has led the content team here at The High Calling, working on the frontlines with editors, authors, developers, designers, marketers, advertisers, animators, and social media mavens.

Deidra Riggs

Deidra Riggs, Managing Editor

Deidra Riggs is a writer and speaker with an undying devotion to disco music, the Motor City, and long bike rides under a big, blue sky.

Katie Cherniss

Katie Cherniss, Digital Media Content Specialist

Katie worked on the yearbook in high school, recently graduated from Schreiner University with a Communication Studies degree, and currently works for The High Calling at the Foundations for Laity Renewal. Katie is hard-working, organized, creative, and not afraid to get out there and get her hands dirty. God, family, and friends are her main focus. She is into photography and inspirational sayings. Laura Boggess, Content Editor

Laura believes in the power of stories. They help us grow in ways that more traditional teaching methods cannot touch. Every life has a story to tell. Tim Miller, Photography Editor

Husband, father, professional geek, business owner, and photographer. Mostly in that order. Tim lives in Brisbane, Australia, with his wife and four daughters. Charity is a writer, bringing words to life through essays, stories, blog posts, and books.
