Best of 2011 Faith

How does your faith impact your daily life? How does faith inform your decision making on matters both large and small? As we seek to live a more integrated life, the lines between our spiritual selves, work, and personal lives become less and less distinct.

This year our authors have explored several aspects of how faith informs our decision making. We have asked some tough questions. Sometimes there's just not an easy answer. And that's okay too.

We've assembled some of the most popular articles on faith from the past year. To stay updated on new articles about faith subscribe to our Daily Reflections or Weekly Calling messages.

A Theology of Work

by William Messenger

When Christians ask about calling, we usually mean, “Is God calling me to a particular job, profession or type of work?” This is a significant question, because the work we do is important to God. If work is important, it makes sense to ask what work God wants us to do.
