Matthew Dickerson is the author of several books, including Ents, Elves, and Eriador (with Jonathan Evans) and Narnia and the Fields of Arbol: the Environmental Vision of C. S. Lewis (with David O'Hara). These books explore a Christian ecology as expressed in writings of J. R. R.Tolkien and C. S. Lewis. Dickerson teaches at Middlebury College in Vermont where he is faculty advisor of the InterVarsity Christian Fellowship student group.
