Sandra Herron is founding principal of MiddlEdge, Inc., a management consultancy for small and midsize organizations. Previously, Sandra spent 11 years in senior leadership at one of the nation’s largest banks. She holds a BS degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an MA in Theology from Fuller Seminary. Sandra lives with her dog, Sydney, in Indianapolis, where she is an active community volunteer and frequent speaker on issues related to faith and work.
