Transcript: One of the things I've learned as I've reflected on my life is that a lot of mentoring is done with Jesus' method of impartation. Where the mentor imparts their life into the mentee. And so a lot of mentorship happens by just being around the person and doing things with them.

My friend Dick Evan's who is the chairman of Frost Bank who've I'd have the privilege of working with for the last 15 years. One of the things I"ve learned from him is the concept of brining people along. Not dictating, not forcing, but the idea leading by bringing people along.
